Chesterton on the Inequity of the World
by bryanajoy
“I mean that we here are on the wrong side of the tapestry. The things that happen here do not seem to mean anything; they mean something somewhere else. Somewhere else retribution will come on the real offender. Here it often seems to fall on the wrong person.”
(G.K. Chesterton, The Sins of Prince Saradine)

Bryana, I found your blog through a Twitter post, and I’ve been captivated. I’ve read the whole of it, with a smile stretched wide! I am a new Charlotte Mason homeschooling mom. We are learning to capture the wonder of God’s creation in new ways, learning how to narrate, practicing patience. While I know I stumble and fall flat in my efforts in this gentle atmosphere and way of life, I can see growth, which is all grace.
I’ve added you to my blogroll. Besides being splendidly written, it will serve as great encouragement as we keep at this. Thank you!
Thanks for your kind words. I’m so happy for you and for your children as you set out on the adventure of learning oneheartedly and with whole books this fascinating expanse of world!
